Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 5pm will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

For Greece delivery usually takes place within 2  business days. For all orders made until June 15th there is no surcharge for shipping. In Greece merchandise is delivered through a courier service. In areas that cannot be covered by courier service the merchandise is delivered by ELTA registered mail. In this case you should allow 2-4 days for delivery.

For Cyprus and EU countries delivery takes place within 7 business days and there is a shipping surcharge of 15 Euros.  The merchandise in all cases is delivered by ELTA registered mail.

                
For all other international destinations there is a shipping surcharge of 29 Euros. Delivery time may vary according to destination and the merchandise is delivered by ELTA registered mail.

Returns

You may return merchandise that you have received without indicating any reason and be eligible for an exchange or a full refund.  We can only exchange items for a different size.  Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of date of delivery for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached.  Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Nine below reserves the right to reject returned merchandise upon inspection. We do not refund shipping surcharges. PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.

Return-By mail

You can return merchandise by mail in the same way it was delivered to you indicating your return or exchange number either by courier or by ELTA to the following address: nine below - Sinopis 3 - 115 27 - Ampelokipi - Athens.

Return-In store

You can return merchandise by simply walking in any nine below store and mention your return or exchange number to one of our employees.

Refund

Refund time may vary according to the payment method that you have used.
